For best results take MacaLife two times a day, with 8-16 oz of water
Take the 1st serving of 1 capsule in the morning before breakfast.
Take the 2nd serving of 1 capsule in the afternoon, ideally 30 minutes before you normally experience an energy low. For many people this is either around lunch time or around 3pm.
IMPORTANT: Not to be taken if nursing or pregnant, unless directed by your healthcare professional, or in conjunction with hormone suppressing medications such as Tamoxifen
